Wal-Mart could be in trouble if they don't fix customer service

"Walmart shelves are empty because it cut back on its workforce and the employees can't keep up," customer service expert and best-selling author Grant Cardone told us.

Wal-Mart has been one of the top consumer goods stores in the whole country and this may cause its wealth and profit to decrease.
